KASANDRA GEHRKE
APP PRO CO-HOST: NEW JERSEY OPEN
I started playing pickleball five years ago, when I was in student teaching. Got my butt whooped by a few senior players at our club, and went home that night and purchased my very first paddle! I taught Middle / High School Physical Education and Health for three years, before I “retired” early and hit the pro tour. Now I travel the country and play pickleball! The best part is, I met my smoking-hot fiance at a pickleballl tournament and half of the year when he’s not coaching college tennis, he gets to travel and compete with me as well. Thank you all for coming out to the APP New Jersey Open this year!
